Course and Curriculum

Delivered based on City & Guilds UK Curriculum Standards, including certified training and assessment. Topics for Employability skills cover effective communication, applying for a job,  interview skills, personal presentation and hygiene, introduction to retail, introduction to customer service, create a good impression on costumers, the customer service experience, working as a part of a team, effective skills, qualities, and attitudes for learning and work, dealing with problems, developing personal confidence, awareness of equality and diversity and rights and responsibilities in the workplace.

General English and workplace-focused on Conversational English based on Mentari Assessment under Cambridge Language Assessment. The topics cover talking about feelings, asking questions, expressing likes and dislikes, describing good qualities, talking about places in a town/city, giving directions, buying in a shop, talking about abilities, telling the time, talking about routines, making suggestions, talking about obligation, offering and asking for help, talking about the past, talking about the weather, describing a picture, talking about travel and transport, comparing things and at the train station

Customized training to prepare workers for aged care roles under the APTC curriculum and PLMSP Scheme standards. Topics include communication, personal care, mental health support, medication management, legal and ethical practices, and specialized care for those with chronic illnesses, disabilities, or dementia.

Ongoing training programs conducted at Incanto Eco-Farm in Metinaro which includes activities such as hydroponics, aquaculture, horticulture and some other relevant activities.

Incanto VET has a developed curriculum, qualified trainers, and training facilities to deliver foundational and job-readiness programs tailored for hospitality and tourism sectors, ensuring candidates are prepared for entry-level employment in hotels, restaurants, and customer service roles. The course covers customer service, front office, dealing with guests, housekeeping, reservation, taking orders, tour guide, kitchen staff and waitress/waiters.
